Anti Aging Eye Cream

Few skin care products will have more of an impact on your appearance than an anti aging eye cream. This is because, when we first look at someone, we usually look first at their eyes. It's the first thing we notice. The skin around the eyes is also often the first area of the face to show signs of aging.

As we age, changes occur in the skin. There are changes in the production of collagen, a protein found in skin cells, and an increase in elastin, another protein. Melanin, the pigment that controls skin color becomes unevenly distributed and fat is lost from under the top layers of skin. Sweat glands, and oil glands start to dry up. Facial skin, constantly exposed to environmental forces such as sunlight, wind, and drying heat, can experience these changes more than other areas of the body, and the skin around the eyes suffers the most. This is what anti aging eye cream is designed to protect against.

Skin beneath the eyes is thin and lacks subcutaneous fat and oil glands to begin with, so it can become drier, thinner, and more wrinkled than the rest of the face. Wear and tear from squinting, blinking, rubbing and other physical insults affect the skin on a daily basis. The blood vessels beneath the skin become more obvious as the skin thins, and the passage of years brings wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles. Anti aging eye cream can combat some or all of these effects of aging, depending on the formulation.

For obvious reasons, a good anti aging eye cream is not the same as facial moisturizer. Cream for the skin around the eyes is specially designed to support and revive the skin cells there, addressing the particular problems of this area without irritating or damaging the delicate tissues of the eye itself. Many facial products not designed for use around the eye will caution you not to use them in that area: an anti aging eye cream is always the safest choice for treating signs of aging around the eyes.

If there are already noticeable signs of skin damage around the eyes (puffiness, dark shadows, or wrinkles), an anti aging eye cream can be directed against a specific symptom. Otherwise, a program to support the sensitive area around the eyes and slow the development of these symptoms should include a product aimed at all of them.

How to Draft Your Own Will

When drafting your Will, the first question you must ask yourself is why should I make a Will. The answer is simple - peace of mind. Peace of mind that your loved ones will be provided for after your passing away. Peace of mind that the relevant trusts and guardianship issues are provided for. This is the fundamental reason that most people make a Will.

You can make a Will as many times as you want. Each subsequent Will you draft and sign and have witnessed properly extinguishes your previous Will deeming it to be null and void.

A beneficiary is the person who will benefit from your Will. You can have any number of beneficiaries. Normally, they will be your children and partner. A beneficiary can also be a charity (Hollywood movies have been based on this - think of the scene where the billionaire leaves everything for the care of his cat).

If you live in a common law jurisdiction such as the United Kingdom or Ireland, then you are obliged by Law to provide for your spouse and children either during your lifetime or else in your Will. If you fail to do so, then your spouse can choose to elect his / her share and your children have a right to take an action to contest your Will in Court. Therefore, to avoid expensive litigation, it is very important to ensure your Will is drafted correctly.

For a Will to be valid you must ensure that it complies with certain formalities. Firstly, you must nominate an Executor who will ensure that your Will is administered properly and in accordance with your wishes after your death. This includes how you wish to be buried and ensuring your affairs are in order before you divide the remainder of your wealth.

The Executor can be anyone you want including a beneficiary and is the person you trust to ensure that everything is looked after. This includes liasing with the Notary / Lawyer to ensure that a sufficient Grant of Probate has been taken out and ensuring that your estate is tax compliant. Often your Executor will employ a Notaire / Lawyer to act on his behalf in administrating your Estate.

After you appoint an Executor, the second step is the fun part, leaving the gifts to whomsoever you choose. Each gift or bequest is called a special bequest and usually includes sums of money, items of jewellery and other prized possessions and possessions of sentimental value.

The final part of the Will is then drafted. This is called the residue clause which is a specific paragraph which leaves or divides the remainder of your property to whomsoever and howsoever you choose (within the legislative requirements to provide adequately for those closest to you).

Finally your drafted Will must be signed by you, in the presence of two independent witnesses. The witnesses must not be beneficiaries for the Law presumes that they would have an impact on your decision when the Will is a personal matter. This is a protection on you the Testator - the person making your Will. So if you have a beneficiary witnessing your Will, then the Will will be invalid and unenforceable.

Successful Organizations Always Prioritize Member Satisfaction

Successful organizations are those whose leadership realizes that they must prioritize their members and donors. Too many organizations are perceived as taking their members for granted, and without members, organizations fail! Organizations must put members and donors first! Membership and donor satisfaction are the highest priority.

Many organizations put too much of the communication with members in the hands of paid staffs. However, while staff contact is certainly important and relevant, most members and donors prefer contact with \volunteer leaders. President Clinton was famous for speaking to the public and indicating that he felt their pain. Most people want others to be empathetic, and have certain shared experiences. Since, in most organizations, members share certain common interests, either business, occupational, religious, social, or political, they only perceive this empathy when it comes from a "peer," in this case a volunteer leader. Think of it as the "been there, done that" perception of reality, but it is far easier in most cases for volunteer leaders to effectively communicate than it is for paid staff!

Paid staff is an important part, however, in the overall member relations/ communication arena. It is essential that paid staff answer the organization's telephones in a professional, helpful, caring and attentive manner, and is responsive to the needs of members. Staff must send out any item requested in a timely manner, and always keep its promises made to members. Unfortunately, due to a number of reasons, including economic, educational, social, training, etc., it is often difficult to have a consistently efficient and reliable staff. In today's technological age, with the availability of personal data devices, such as Blackberry's, etc., there is no excuse for staff not to reply to e-mails in a prompt, reliable manner, all the time. When staff is constantly making excuses, and not getting necessary items done, organizations must consider either formal training or changing staff.

Member relations should be far more than a mere cliche. Member relations means opening up lines of communication, engaging membership in dialogue, requesting feedback, offering member benefits, and most importantly, truly caring about the needs of members. Leaders must make every effort to assure that the organization continuously evolve, without losing its identity. Leaders must communicate clearly why the organization is both relevant and important to members, and why members are so important to the organization.

Unfortunately, I have witnessed far too many organizations that have "lost their way" over the past three decades of organizational and management consulting. Leaders must constantly revisit the idea, "Why should someone want to belong and be active in this organization?" Organizations whose leaders do this are invariably the strongest!

Easy Ways to Detect Water Damage in Your Home

Water damage can be a huge risk to your home. It can be caused by leaks, floods, overflowing water supplies, ice dams on the roof, an increase of water in the basement, or leaking home devices which use water. A number of these damages are simply visible, but others are not simply noticeable.

Keeping a regular check on your home is essential; as this means that you can establish the cause of a leak instantly and lessen the water damages that may occur to your property. They can lead to huge damages to different parts of your house if unnoticed.

Below are suggestions to assist you in checking your home for water damage:

-Be certain that your gutters are not dripping or overflowing. No accumulation should be there. And you should constantly keep a watch particularly in the rainy periods.

-Your water meter can attest to be incredibly useful in spotting leaks. Check it by closing all your water supply and note the reading. If there is a variation on the reading after a few hours, then there is certainly a leak in your home that must be located and repaired instantly.

-If you locate stationary water or accumulation of water anyplace outside your property, it shows that there is trouble with your drainage system or gutters. Locate the problem and repair it to avoid water damage,

-Wooden floors demonstrate signs of water damage extremely fast. Check them regularly as wood tends to experience changes as an effect of water damage. These changes in the wood are quite obvious.

-Walls, doors and window frames are regular spots that can be easily stained with water, therefore check them frequently. If there is water damage in your home, these parts are definite to catch water stains, if you locate them, find the source and have it repaired.

-Check your home appliances to observe if some of them are leaking or rusting. Since rusting makes it hard for these appliances to hold water, which as a result will lead these appliances to leak.

Every sign of water damage needs instant attention, therefore do not ignore them if you see water damage in some form and in some part of your home. Trace leaks in your home and repair them quickly. Slight repairs, for example, repairing tiny leaks, can be done yourself. But, if you see signs of water damage however are incapable to locate the source of the leak, get the assistance of a specialist.

Will Israel Strike Iran's Nuclear Sites?

In 1981 Israelis bombed a French-built nuclear plant near Iraq's capital, Baghdad. Prime Minister Menachem Begin ordered the strike because Israel believed it was designed to make nuclear weapons to destroy Israel. U.S. made F-15 bombers and F-16 fighters destroyed the Osirak reactor 18 miles south of Baghdad.

You can read more details of the Israeli attack on Iraq at: http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/dates/stories/june/7/newsid_3014000/3014623.stm. Here is part of the official statement of the Israeli Government: "The atomic bombs which that reactor was capable of producing whether from enriched uranium or from plutonium, would be of the Hiroshima size. Thus a mortal danger to the people of Israel progressively arose."

We read of secret plans made by the Israelis to attack Iran at http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2089-1522978,00.html. I didn't know they had plans until I started to write this article. I was just guessing. But evidently Israel has plans and the United States has no plans to stop them.

The contingency is that International efforts must fail before any such attack takes place. From past history, I doubt that Israel will listen to any such rhetoric. I think they will attack while the Americans in Iraq form a buffer between Israel and Iran. That is my theory and I'm sticking to it.

In light of Iran's president's, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, remarks that Israel should be wiped off the map and the major support that he received by his followers on the last Friday of the fasting month of Ramadan when he said his remarks were "just" and that the criticism by world leaders did not "have any validity," little doubt is left in my mind that Iran will continue its nuclear weapons programs and that Israel will not allow that to happen. See http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/4384264.stm.

If Israel does attack, what will happen? Well,I don't think that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will sit on his thumbs. He might invade Iraq, risking his army just to cause as much misery to Americans as he possibly can. He might think like Dick Cheney that the Iraqis will welcome his troops and a great Jihad battle will raise his stakes in the Moslem world.

Cheney was dead wrong but Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could be lucky. A past war between Moslems may not be thought to be as negative as a past war between our crusading armies and Moslems.

Some experts should chime in here. What do I know for sure?

But I did know that Dick Cheney was whistling Dixie when he though the Americans would be greeted by loving arms. Did he really think that Bush War I was a great success to the Iraqis? We bombed the hell out of their cities, destroyed their infrastructure, left them without food and medicine, and left a buddle of widows, orphans, invalids, and angry family members of the dead. It's reported that many died in the aftermath of the war due to the lack of the necessities of life.

Let's hope the Iraqis will not welcome Mahmoud Ahmadinejad either.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad may not start a major offensive in Iraq but he would surely increase his support to the insurgents there.

Alternatively, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could attack Afghanistan using increased infiltrating guerrilla tactics which would disrupt our operations.

If and when the Israelis attack Iran, a whole new scenario will develop worldwide. 9/11 might seem like a nice fall day.

It's interesting to me that Bush War II is about attacking a country that does not and did not have nuclear weapons rather than attacking North Korea which does and did have nuclear weapons.

I fought in the Korean War. We learned that North Korea has a big brother and he knows how to fight. Are we not attacking North Korea's nuclear sites because of China's nuclear weapons?

I think so.

But again, what do I know?

Is There Life On Other Planets?

Based upon such information as: God is omnipresent, God is Life, God is Spirit, Life Force is Spirit; the Spirit Life Force Earthians call "God " is evidently present everywhere, including on and in other planets. How can this be so, and what kind of "life" is this question all about? There are countless myriads of life forms, such as cellular, mineral, vegetable, material, human, molecular, atomic, sub-atomic, quantum antimatter bubbles, creative forces vibrations, spiritual, astral, mortal and immortal. On a bottom line bedrock basis, mortal and immortal life exists and expresses simultaneously within every atom composing and comprising the 3 classified cosmologies of: The Mortal Material Realm, the immortal Hades Realm and the immortal Spirit (antimatter) Realm of Celestria. Spirit Life Force (antimatter) exists throughout the material universe to express as a breath of mortal life via the CREATIVE FORCE VIBRATIONS that comprise and compose all creations throughout the mortal Material Realm Cosmology, which includes each and every material planet. A Creative Force Vibration is a living, consciously aware, pulsating wave sphere of indestructible Spirit energy oscillating omni-directionally from a central point, capable of instantly contracting to a central point or expanding to macro-cosmic, or any size. The Creative Forces compose and comprise each atom of each and every creation, including you and I and All That Is. These Spirit Energy Life Forces are not only closer than our next breath they are our next breath. Creative Force Energy Vibrations compose and comprise all tangible and intangible things making up Consciousness. They move from the highest Divine Spirit Energy levels of vibration to and through lower energy levels of vibration. The lower the Creative Force vibration rate, the more dense the material manifestation.

Vibration is the bottom line bedrock basis and essence of existence. If all vibrations were to suddenly cease, you, I, every form and energy form - the entire material universe - would vanish. Life Force is vibration - so is mind, matter, energy, electricity, magnetism, radiance, thought, imagination, consciousness and all force, because all forces are vibrations that emanate from One Central Vibration.

There are two kinds of Electromagnetic Creative Force Vibrations. Every Creative Force Vibration is endowed with mortal Electromagnetic Spirit Life Force (Akashic) Energy, but not necessarily with RESONATING Electromagnetic Energy. Resonating Electromagnetic Energy vibrates in unison with the Immortal Life Vibration Rate of the Christ, Buddha, Krishna, White Light that instills Immortal Life into that which formerly contained only mortal life force. Resonating Electromagnetic Energy is the highest source of Divine, Immortal Life Force Energies.

Consider the fact that even a rock is alive because it contains a small, dense , low vibration rate degree of Life Force simply because it is composed and comprised with and by low vibe Creative Forces Vibrations. As low vibe Hades Limbo life forces are released from the rocks, trees, minerals and crystals of Earth, the vibe rate of Planet Earth is increased and the higher vibration spiritual evolution of Earth is thereby enhanced and accelerated.

In the Material Realm, Life Force creates the form it expresses through. Material forms do not create the Life Force that expresses through them.
